“My first appointment with Juliet was April 11, 2022 for a painful shoulder. I had the Egoscue book and the exercises within the book were helping, but I seemed to be taking two steps forward and then one step back. I decided to see if there was a clinic near me, and to my surprise there was one in my hometown. I am very pleased with the custom e-cises I received from Juliet. She has an eye for my weaknesses and gives me just what will get me moving forward reaching my goal of a flexible and happy body. If I have a challenge she is right there to modify my e-cises till the next visit. She always wants you moving forward without pain, but with a challenge. I have regained motion of my shoulder, and l am now looking forward to going beyond what I was previously used to.
